Return Policy: Returns must be made within 10 days of receiving your order to receive a refund. All items must be returned to us in unopened, factory sealed condition. The items must be able to be resold as "new." There are no returns or exchanges on: books, chemicals, special order, used, discontinued or closeout items. We do not accept returns on used products, and we do not accept returns without a return authorization number. Please email us with reason for returning for a return authorization number.
Damages or Missing Shipments: We cannot be liable for damage or loss of merchandise once it has left our warehouse. If you receive your order with outward signs of damage, follow these steps:
UPS/Fedex Shipments: Accept delivery and call or email us immediately with the tracking number so that we can begin a damage claim with the carrier. You may open your package but do not discard the box, packing materials, or damaged merchandise.
USPS Shipments: Take the box with its contents to your local Post Office. They will initiate a damage claim at that time. If your shipment has not been delivered in a reasonable amount of time, please contact us and we will begin the necessary steps to track the package. Please note that the Post Office requires that at least 30 days have passed before they will begin the trace.
Defective products: It does not happen often, but occasionally something does not work. Since we sell the items brand new as received from our supplier, we do not take items out of the box to make sure that they are in working condition. It is reasonable to assume new products work. However, if you receive an item, such as a equipment, and something is broken or the equipment just does not work, contact us by emailing customer support, and we will contact the manufacturer to work out details of replacement. If this is the case, you must still retain the box that the materials came, and all packing materials so that the manufacturer can clearly see that the defect was not caused by shipping damage.
