Shipping Information: Domestic shipping is via USPS, UPS and Fedex.  For international buyers, we ship USPS priority and in some cases for very lightweight items, we will ship International First Class.  While it is expensive to ship internationally, we find priority to be the best option as it is traceable and insurable.  Orders are usually shipped in 24-48  hours and in some cases go out the same day they are placed.

 

Shipping of International Orders: We are happy to ship to our International Friends and so far in the 12 years that we have been in business, have not found any place that we were unable to ship to.  International orders are subject to higher shipping rates and applicable customs, duties and taxes, all of which are the responsibility of the customer.  We have no way of knowing or charging import fees. If you are concerned about customs fees in your country, you should contact your customs office or postal carrier prior to placing an order.  While we try to ship everything within 24  to 48 hours, delivery time for international orders can take up to 4 weeks depending upon the destination outside of the US, and can sometimes be longer, depending on your country's import requirements.  Some international orders ship out via Global Express US Mail which is usually delivered in 7-10 business days depending on the import process of the destination country.

 

Please note - since launching this new website, I'm finding that shipping prices charged for Canada are not calculating correctly.  Feel free to contact me for accurate pricing on items that you wish to purchase.  If you are overcharged, I will refund the excess charged.  This may also be the case for other countries, so please email if it does not look accurate to you.

IMPORTANT UPDATE ON INTERNATIONAL FIRST CLASS SHIPMENTS: It has been brought to our attention that shipments sent first class international to other countries are being held up in customs for 7-9 weeks. We have no control over customs departments in other countries. If you insist that your shipment be sent first class international, we cannot guarantee when you will receive your items, and the USPS will not permit insurance to be purchased for first class shipments outside of the United States.
